Open the chest just above him (in the middle of the minefield) and collect the newly-unveiled relic (Secret Base Stat 7/12) that’s inside. Pan right, click on the puffer fish and collect the star under him. Also, open the bud at the top of the rock formation for another star.
Rotate with a little and you can see a star hiding at the bottom of the rock formation in a small cave. Open the hatch at the bottom and find another star. Zoom out and rotate your screen back to where it was. Click on that, then use to close the screen, since we don’t want to look at any maps. You may also be able to peep the map (Secret Base Stat 6/12) in the rowboat on the right. Rotate your screen using some and you should be able to see two relics (Secret Base Stat 4/12 and 5/12). Use it by clicking on the yellow lock (Secret Base Stat 3/12) just below the chest (I had to zoom my view out a bit to see it better). Open the chest on the left and find yellow key (Secret Base Island Stat 2/12). The photo (Secret Base Island Stat 1/12) is the black square by the star monument. Pan left until you can see the smaller island, just past the underwater dome. Open the hatch just to the left and you’ll find another star. There is a green bud click on it four times to reveal a star. Rotate your view until you can see behind the big purple tubes behind the clam shell. Pan your screen right and up until you see a yellow clam shell up on the rocks. Although there's nothing under this puffer fish, click on it (there is an achievement to inflate them 10 times). Pan up ( ) some and click on the object up on the rock ledge a few times to release another star. You should see two more stars, one to the left of the large seaweed, and the other in another small cave in the rock. Pan left ( ) and up ( ) and rotate your screen some using.
Click on the puffer fish and collect the glowing star underneath it. Click on it a few times and another glowing star will be released from it to click on. Then just down and slightly left from there, below the pufferfish, is an object under water. Just below that, to the left is another underwater cave (you can see a sawfish hiding in there) with another glowing star – just click in there. Click on the glowing star just under you in a hole in the lighthouse. Once the island has loaded, click on the glowing star to the right in the cave underwater. Select Secret Base Island by pressing twice.
